These terms apply to the Aramesh iPhone app made by EzyStudio ("we", "us"). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies, and these terms add to it.

Wellness, not medical advice

Aramesh offers sounds and guided sessions for rest and relaxation. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other health professional. Do not use sessions while driving or doing anything that needs your attention. If sleep or how you feel worries you, talk to a doctor.

Free and Premium

Some sounds, sessions and both timers are free. Aramesh Premium unlocks the full library and the mixer. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, sold yearly (with a free trial for eligible new subscribers) or monthly, at the price shown in the app before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Content

The sounds, scripts, voices and images in Aramesh belong to us or our licensors. The voices are generated with text-to-speech and the sounds are generated or synthesised. You may use them for your own listening, not for redistribution.
